Since all of our items are personalize -- Once we start our design process, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Any changes or cancellations will will acquire a cancellation fee. (only if materials were used.)
Custom items are non-refundable. If there are any issues with your order please email us immediately. We will be happy to work with you to make sure your satisfied with your order.
We will send you a proof and we will only engrave once you approve. It is your responsibility to review the proof that we send you. You must let us know of any errors that you see. Please contact us if you would like us to send you a photo of the finial piece before we ship to your address on file.
DIGITAL PROOF APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BEFORE WE PROCEED TO PRODUCTION FOR FULLY CUSTOMIZED ITEMS.
